1. WHY SHOULD I HAVE A HOME INSPECTION?
Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make and you should be made aware whether the home you are purchasing has any surprises in store for you. This is where a Licensed Home Inspector can help in more ways than one.Because the same way a home is more than just four walls and a roof, the home inspection is more than simply running through a checklist. 2. WHAT HAPPENS FIRST?
We like to spend a moment with you at first.We will discuss the scope,limitations and process of the home inspection. We explain the inspection contract, the written report, and some of the terminology you might hear that does not exactly make its way into everyday conversation. We will go over any expectations you might have before we begin.
3. WHAT IS AN INSPECTION ALL ABOUT?
The inspection will cover the home's heating and air conditioning systems, interior plumbing, electrical systems, roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; and the foundation basement and structure.
